I wrote a poem when I was 18 called "These Shores". I was speaking of the shores of magical reality: subtle energy and healing. I was not just aware of these but had experienced them regularly — only I could not find a place to put them in my life because my culture and paradigm did not speak of things like them at all.
I knew plants felt things. I could see inside how things worked in a way others could not. What I felt most was a deep frustration at not being able to explain what I simply knew.
Being markedly different from your peers is not comfortable for a young child — especially when the rest of her life was already a wreck because of divorce, relocating, neurodivergence and dyslexia.
The first two lines of "These Shores" express a growing frustration at my inability to land solidly in either world:
Forever I have run to these shores.
Forever I have run from these shores.
At 18 I had done this dance for so long I was already calling it forever. So I tried for several years to block it all out — but I was not successful. The energetic world does not politely wait to be invited back in.
It was hard enough to exist in a world that denied my gifts. Because it did, I could never fully believe in them myself — even when the results were permanent, as when I healed a horse at 9 years old.
So it is no surprise that I have dedicated my life to three things: understanding these gifts, supporting the sensitives who carry them, and bringing the conscious use of gifts back into the world.

The Lightworkers Lifeline Wisdom School: A Path of Sacred Becoming
The Lightworkers Lifeline Wisdom School is designed to support you on a full spectrum journey of healing, understanding, awakening and embodiment. This will move you from energetic and emotional overwhelm to fully understanding how your energetic body works and how to breathe life into the world you long to live in. Levels 1 – 4 take you on that journey (and may be taken without level 5). The optional Level 5 supports those who wish to bring what they have become into the world to help heal, support and teach others. For those who are already energy workers, special permission may be given to begin at level 2.

Exploring the Lightworkers Lifeline Ecosystem
Level 1: Energetic Safety & Awareness
This program is for you if:
1. You have been labeled too sensitive, or too emotional.
2. You have experienced anxiety (especially at night, that wakes you up with your heart pounding).
3. You have felt (at times) that something is against you, chasing you, or hunting you.
4. You have struggled with low self-esteem, worthiness issues, imposter syndrome, and nothing you do or accomplish has made a difference in these feelings.
5. You have had a relationship with the unseen world (heard, seen or felt things) that you could never really defend, make sense of, control or develop a comfort level with.
6. You have felt a quiet calling deep inside – one that makes you feel as though you should be doing something … but you can’t identify what.
7. If you have felt alone our patriarchal world … but feel a deep connection to nature.
Level 1: Energetic Safety & Awareness is a grounding and supportive introduction designed for highly sensitive, intuitive, and energetically aware individuals who may have spent years feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disconnected, or alone in their experiences. Through nervous system regulation, grounding practices, emotional awareness, energetic boundaries, and self-trust development, students begin building the stable inner foundation necessary for healing, discernment, energetic exploration, and personal transformation.
This process is enhanced by the weekly support group calls in Your Safe Healing Haven where students get to spend the entire call exploring how they feel and hearing the struggles and triumphs of fellow sensitive beings, included in the price of Level 1.
Level 2: Subtle Energy Science & Spirit
This program is for you if:
1. You had early onset energy awareness or experiences. This early awareness causes deep conflict within individuals born into cultures and families where there is no support for gifted individuals – or worse, where there is no tolerance of sensitivities or gifts. These individuals develop strong patterns of denial around their gifts which causes them self-doubt, self-hatred and pain.
2. Your introduction to the world did not include subtle energy awareness and you have a hard time accepting the power and possibilities inherent in it.
3. You need to see facts laid out before you in order to believe — “Seeing is believing”
4. You want to master working with subtle energy; and understanding what is happening, and why can help facilitate mastery.
5. You go nuts for real science that blows open doors in previously solid walls in our understanding of the world.
6. You love to connect the dots.
You will learn how our world actually functions (not the version told to you in order to disconnect you from internal and external support systems). This information will allow you to see and understand how subtle energy functions within the body and how we are able to use it consciously to radically change our physical, mental and emotional realities. it will also illustrate how these truths have been manipulated to disempower you. All the while we continue practices that allow you to deepen your self-trust, self-love and self-acceptance.
Level 3: Healing Embodiment & Integration
This program is for you if:
1. You experience imposter syndrome (very common in sensitives and energy workers).
2. You feel crippled by low self-esteem.
3. You experience difficulty in feeling like a valuable person.
4. You feel low self-worth.
5. You have prosperity blocks.
6. You have trouble or discomfort in charging for your services, (or charging what you are worth).
7. You have trouble manifesting what you want.
8. You feel like something invisible is holding you back from the life you want to lead.
9. You experience negative self-talk that just won’t give you a break.
10. You have trouble believing in yourself.
11. You find that you resist practicing regular, consistent self-care (things like: drinking water, healthy eating, going to bed at a healthy time) or over indulge in anything to the point where it is not supporting your best life (eating foods that don’t make you feel good, that you know are bad for you or skipping meals, to name a few).
12. You feel that the trauma or fear that you regularly experience is not based only on what you have lived through in this life (this can also occur in any of the other areas we mentioned above).
Level 3 provides a powerful inner transformational journey focused on identifying the beliefs, emotional wounds, and behavioral patterns that silently shape our reality. Through 4 structured 3-week cycles (awareness, healing and integration), participants choose their most significant personal blocks, such as imposter syndrome, abundance wounds, self-sabotage, or worthiness struggles, and work deeply to uncover the roots of these issues, process their impact, and begin creating lasting change. By blending self-inquiry, energetic healing, journaling, and integration practices, this phase helps students move from unconscious patterns into conscious embodiment.
Level 4: Gift Awareness & Psychic Development
This program is for you if:
1. You receive information from your gifts that you do not know how to interpret.
2. You see pictures in your mind (moving or still).
3. You sense things when you walk into a room.
4. You find yourself on emotional rollercoasters even when things are ok in your own world.
5. You sense there is more to what you experience than meets the eye.
6. You don’t feel or see much of anything outside the mundane world but would like to.
7. You desire to develop mastery of your gifts.
Level 4 is the journey of awakening, understanding, and developing your intuitive and energetic gifts. Students learn how subtle energy communicates through their body, chakras, heart, and inner knowing while releasing fear-based conditioning and strengthening discernment. This phase transforms natural sensitivity into confident, practical spiritual fluency.
After completing Level 4: Gift Awareness & Psychic Development, you have the option of graduating or, if you wish to develop your gift(s) into a business, you can continue to Level 5: Expression & Leadership. Graduates of Level 5 are eligible for placement in the Lightworkers Guild, and become members (at no additional charge) of the Ascension Allies (click to read more).
Level 5: Expression & Leadership
This program is for you if:
1. You feel called to share something with the world but you can’t get clear on exactly what.
2. You want to share your gift(s) but have no idea where to start.
3. You have something you want to share but some part of the process (for example, writing a mission statement, creating a landing page, getting your business plugged into the internet and hooked up to your calendar, or setting up a payment system) intimidates you.
4. You would like to learn how to use AI to help you create your business logo.
5. You are afraid that you are not good enough, or are insecure about the value of what you want to offer.
6. You feel intimidated by the thought of doing videos, lives and reels for social media.
7. You want to be a part of a community of other heart-centered entrepreneurs.
8. You have many ideas and need help deciding which one to begin with or how to do so.
