I wrote a poem when I was 18 – expressing awareness of the pattern brought on by early experiences in the realm of subtle energy. It is entitled These Shores.
The concept of “these shores” to me represents the magical – energetic – unseen world, and the first two lines sum up the conflict perfectly:
Forever I have run to these shores.
Forever I have run from these shores.
It’s interesting that at 18, I was already aware of my own inability to maintain belief in the unseen world. This dichotomy was maddening. It was so uncomfortable that I tried for years to pretend I wasn’t aware … but I could not maintain that stance for long. Sadly the opposite was true; once a magical experience was over, ten minutes later I began to doubt its validity (even when the results were permanent – as when I healed the horse when I was 9 yrs old). I did not know how to maintain my belief because no one I knew experienced life in the same way …
Hi, I’m Lia and I am a sensitive with many gifts (as well as being neurodivergent). My gifts activated at a young age — at a time when nothing good was being said about sensitives. I have dedicated my life to understanding both what humans are capable of in terms of working with energy, and how to help us break our conditioning which often leaves us crippled and alone in this world. Lightworkers Lifeline is the result of over 50 years of research and lived experience.
You are not too much.

Your Safe Healing Haven
Your Safe Healing Haven is a weekly support group Zoom call. It is available in two ways:

Exploring the Lightworkers Lifeline Ecosystem
Level 1: Energetic Safety & Awareness
You’re in the right place if:
1. You have been labeled too sensitive, or too emotional.
2. You have experienced anxiety (especially at night, that wakes you up with your heart pounding).
3. You have felt (at times) that something is against you, chasing you, or hunting you.
4. You have struggled with low self-esteem, worthiness issues, imposter syndrome, and nothing you do or accomplish has made a difference in these feelings.
5. You have had a relationship with the unseen world (heard, seen or felt things) that you could never really defend, make sense of, control or develop a comfort level with.
6. You have felt a quiet calling deep inside – one that makes you feel as though you should be doing something … but you can’t identify what.
7. If you have felt alone our patriarchal world … but feel a deep connection to nature.
This phase focuses first on safety — emotional, psychological, relational, and energetic.
Before deeper exploration, gift development, or healing can occur, students are guided toward creating a sense of internal stability through nervous system regulation, grounding practices, emotional awareness, energetic boundaries, and early discernment. This level recognizes that many individuals entering this work may have spent years feeling “different,” invalidated, or disconnected from themselves, often without language or community to help make sense of what they are experiencing.
Level 2: Subtle Energy Science & Spirit
This program is for you if:
1. You had early onset energy awareness or experiences. This early awareness causes deep conflict within individuals born into cultures and families where there is no support for gifted individuals – or worse, where there is no tolerance of sensitivities or gifts. These individuals develop strong patterns of denial around their gifts which causes them self-doubt, self-hatred and pain.
2. Your introduction to the world did not include subtle energy awareness and you have a hard time accepting the power and possibilities inherent in it.
3. You need to see facts laid out before you in order to believe — “Seeing is believing”
4. You want to master working with subtle energy; and understanding what is happening, and why can help facilitate mastery.
5. You go nuts for real science that blows open doors in previously solid walls in our understanding of the world.
6. You love to connect the dots.
You will learn how our world actually functions (not the version told to you in order to disconnect you from internal and external support systems). This information will allow you to see and understand how subtle energy functions within the body and how we are able to use it consciously to radically change our physical, mental and emotonal realities. it will also illustrate how these truths have been manipulated to disempower you. All the while we continue practices that allow you to deepen your self-trust, self-love and seld-acceptance.
