Hi, I’m Lia and I am a sensitive with many gifts (as well as being neurodivergent). My gifts activated at a young age — at a time when nothing good was being said about sensitives. I have dedicated my life to understanding both what humans are capable of in terms of working with energy, and how to help us break our conditioning which often leaves us crippled and alone in this world. Lightworkers Lifeline is the result of over 50 years of research and lived experience.

Your Safe Healing Haven
Your Safe Healing Haven is a weekly support group Zoom call. It is available in two ways:

2. It is included weekly with registration for any of the levels.
Here, you can explore your inner workings, question the universe, share struggles and successes, and discover the power of being seen and heard by others who truly “get you.” Our work centers on building community, self-love, self-acceptance, and deep self-knowing, helping you return to your center and strengthen your your body, mind, spirit connection. Being in a group of sensitives, at different ages and development levels, helps heal the sense of isolation and dissolves the barriers caused by believing that we are too much or too different.
Exploring the Lightworkers Lifeline Ecosystem
Level 1: Energetic Safety & Awareness
This phase focuses first on safety — emotional, psychological, relational, and energetic.
Before deeper exploration, gift development, or healing can occur, students are guided toward creating a sense of internal stability through nervous system regulation, grounding practices, emotional awareness, energetic boundaries, and early discernment. This level recognizes that many individuals entering this work may have spent years feeling “different,” invalidated, or disconnected from themselves, often without language or community to help make sense of what they are experiencing.
Level 2: Subtle Energy Science & Spirit
You will learn how our world actually functions (not the version told to you in order to disconnect you from internal and external support systems). This information will allow you to see and understand how subtle energy functions within the body and how we are able to use it consciously to radically change our physical, mental and emotonal realities. it will also illustrate how these truths have been manipulated to disempower you. All the while we continue practices that allow you to deepen your self-trust, self-love and seld-acceptance.
Level 3: Gift Awareness & Psychic Development
The Lightworkers Business Academy is an intuitively guided incubator for sensitives and lightworkers who feel called to bring their gifts into the world. Learn how to shape your offer, price it, share your message, and build a heart-centered business while receiving mentorship, healing, and community support.
Level 4: Healing Embodiment & Integration

Lia Russ recounts her experiences as a young woman traveling through Asia in the mid-1980s. After exploring northern and southern Japan, she and her boyfriend settle in Tokyo. Five months later, they move on to Thailand, Calcutta and Nepal. A stay in Kathmandu is followed by a dangerous trek through the Himalayas.

Lia continues the narrative of her trip to Asia. After a sojourn in the Philippines, she returns to Tokyo for work. She falls in love with a German boy and flies to the Philippines to travel with him.
