In Level 5, students will explore essential foundations for establishing a business.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • A case study:<\/strong> Students are asked to pick a heart centered business or other model that they feel is powerful, works well, or is in alignment with what they want to offer. Together we will examine the successful aspects of the model (as well as what does not work). We will come up with ideas for making it better. In this way we will begin to develop a habit of and comfort level with really looking at offers from a detached or curious way (this is a great method for handling many things in life as well as your business!).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mission clarity:<\/strong> Students will begin to lean into the question \u201cWhat am I called to do?\u201d Remember not all gifts fit in recognizable packages. We are entering a new paradigm, one where humanity will consciously embrace its energetic gifts, accepting as natural the things we learned here in levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. So many of the roles and job opportunities in the energy healing and wellness sectors need to be invented or reinvented!\u00a0For instance, a grid worker (one who works with earth’s electromagnetic field) may feel called to gather with others at sacred sites. So developing a business around that may look like creating retreats at different sacred sites, and teaching those that join about the original use of the site historically, grid work, ley lines, and then focusing on activating the site’s energies as you are guided. Each site may inspire working with specific Chakras, crystals, elements etc, and this can inform the work that you choose to do at each one. In order to birth our new gifts, we need to be prepared to get creative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Grounding your vision: <\/strong>First you determine what you are called to do, then get clear on what that looks like. We will create a vision board to help inspire (breathe life into) your vision. After this we develop an itinerary or syllabus for your offer. We will spend a couple of weeks here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Finding your voice:<\/strong> The next step will be to begin to lean into your voice \u2013 discovering what being playful or super passionate and or serious looks and feels like to you. We\u00a0 will experiment by creating posts, calls to action, giveaways and offers on social media (there will be weekly homework assignments given. However, you may post only in our private group if that fits your comfort level but students are encouraged to post directly to social media). We will practice becoming comfortable making videos and reels for social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leadership:<\/strong> What makes a good leader? Does the person have to be perfect? A total master in their own lives of every area?\u00a0 Do they need credentials? Do they need lived experience?\u00a0 We will examine leaders from across the globe, in different industries to begin to understand what makes us feel comfortable learning from someone. We will have a different person give a short talk or presentation every week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Practice teaching:<\/strong> Teaching slots will be available for those who want to present a class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Birthing a sacred business:<\/strong> What is sacred business? What qualifies as sacred business practices and what does not?\u00a0How do we keep ourselves heart centered while staying in alignment and honoring ourselves? This balancing act can be quite challenging in our current paradigm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
