·Students are asked to pick a heart centered business or other model that they feel is powerful, works well, or is in alignment with what they want to offer. Together we will examine what are the successful aspects of the offer, (as well as what does not work). We will come up with ideas for making it better. In this way we will begin to develop a habit of and comfort level with really looking at offers from a detached – curious way (this is a great model for handling many things in life as well as your buisness!)

• Mission clarity: Students will begin to lean into the question “What am I called to do?” Remember not all gifts fit in recognizable packages. We are entering a new paradigm, one where humanity will consciously embrace our energetic gifts- accepting as natural the things we learned here in levels 1,2,3, and 4. So all the roles and job opportunities in the energy healing and wellness sectors – need to be invented!  We – those emerging from their chrysalises first – are going to have to reinvent the wheel. For instance, a grid worker may feel called to gather with others at sacred sites. So developing a business around that may look like creating a retreat at different sacred sites, and teaching those that join you about the original use of the site historically, grid work, ley lines, and then focus on infusing the site with the energies you are called to bring there by enacting ceremonies or rituals involving the specific function of the site you met at – Each site may inspire working with specific Chakras, crystals, elements etc, and this can inform the work that you choses to do at each one. In order to birth our new gifts, we need to be prepared to get creative.

• After you determine what you are called to do – Then we get clear on what that looks like for you. We will create a vision board to help inspire (breathe life into ) your vision. After which we develop your itinerary or syllabus for your program or offer. We will spend a couple of weeks here.

• The next step will be to begin to lean into your voice – discovering what being playful – or super passionate and or serious looks and feels like to you. We  will experiment by creating posts, calls to action, giveaways and offers on social media (there will be weekly homework assignments given. – however, you may post only in our private group if that fits your comfort level – but students are encouraged to post directly to sm). .

We will practice becoming comfortable making videos and reels for SM.

• Leadership: What makes a good leader? Dose the person have to be perfect? A total master in their own lives of every area?  Do they need credentials? Do they need lived experience?  We will examine Leaders from across the globe, in different industry’s  to begin to understand what makes us feel comfortable learning from someone. We will have a different person give a short talk or presentation every week

• Teaching slots will be available for those who want to present a class or mini Master Class.

• Sacred business – What is sacred business? What constitutes as sacred business practices – and what falls outside of that?  How can we keep our selves’ heart centered – while honoring ourselves (becoming comfortable receiving an equal exchange of energy for our services)?. This can be quite challenging in our current paradigm.
